Discount和Commission的用法

Discount n. （卖方给买方的）折扣，折价；

例：When the seller gets the accepted draft, he can either hold it to maturity or discount it with the negotiating bank.
卖方收到已经承兑的汇票后，他可保留它直至到期，也可向议付行贴现。

Commission n. 佣金

例：The above prices are both c.i.f. Rotterdam commission without commission.
以上两价均为鹿特丹到岸净价，不包括佣金。
