我们都知道will,be going to,will have to都是表示将来时态，那么他们之间有什么区别和用法呢？
首先讲一下will have to是have to 的将来式。
I’ll have to...=It will be necessary for me to...
i.e.It will be necessary for them to pass a special test.=They will have to pass a special test.
2.won’t have to是指“将不必”，“将没有必要”，是will have to的否定式，如一般说“不必”，则是另外一种形式。请看，下面三句意思一样：
You don’t have to pass the special test.
You needn’t pass the special test.
You haven’t got to pass the special test.
3.will have to这一表达法，不能只是解释为“将来不得不”。

4.shall have to大有被will have to代用之势，这在现代英语中第一人称不用shall,是不足为怪的事。

5.另外还有较深层次的表达。
1)We might have had to do this. 
我们说不定还有必要做这件事呢。 
2)These last two days I have had to take a rest. 
最近两天，我确实有必要休息一下。 
3)We might have to cancel his plan. 
我们也许有必要取消他的计划。
