15. Jerry Dandrige (Chris Sarandon) in 'Fright Night'
The inspiration for this Friday's remake, 'Fright Night''s Jerry Dandrige was every high school boy's nightmare neighbor -- not only was he an actual vampire, he also stole your girl.
14. Marie (Anne Parillaud) in 'Innocent Blood'
Marie targeted the mafia in this horror-comedy from director John Landis, in which she teams up with policeman Anthony Lapaglia to take down some vampire-gangsters -- vampire-gangsters she's responsible for creating.
13. Lestat (Stuart Townsend) in 'Queen of the Damned'
Sure, 'Queen of the Damned' had a rather silly plot -- vampire Lestat's music is so good that it awakens the queen of all vampires -- but we can certainly believe in Townsend's ability to attract groupies.
12. The Countess (Lauren Hutton) in 'Once Bitten'
This 1985 horror-comedy features a very early Jim Carrey performance, but is much more notable for Lauren Hutton's work as the vampire seductress known as The Countess.
11. Jerry Dandrige (Colin Farrell) in 'Fright Night'
All respect to Chris Sarandon, whom we listed earlier, but Colin Farrell was destined to play a vampire. We can't wait to see his take on Jerry Dandrige, aka the guy who will charm away your girlfriend and probably murder you (and her) just for the heck of it. Oh, and he's your neighbor. Good luck borrowing sugar.
10. Miryam Blaylock (Catherine Deneuve) in 'The Hunger'
Catherine Deneuve, one of cinema's all-time-sexiest leading ladies dating back to such classics as 'Repulsion' and 'Belle de Jour,' was part of a devastatingly sexy love triangle with David Bowie in Susan Sarandon in this 1983 chiller.
9. Count Dracula (Gary Oldman) in 'Bram Stoker's Dracula'
In Francis Ford Coppola's 1992 'Bram Stoker's Dracula,' Oldman plays the most famous of all vampires -- and makes it quite clear why women have found this character completely irresistible for centuries.
8. Queen Akasha (Aaliyah) in 'Queen of the Damned'
Mentioned earlier (No. 13), Queen Akasha is the Mother of All Vampires. One look at Aaliyah, though, makes it quite clear that men would be quite helpless in her presence regardless of that title.
7. Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) in 'Twilight'
Probably the biggest teen heartthrob in the world these days (sorry, Bieber), do we really need to explain Pattinson's appeal? (Just Google some 'Twilight' fan fiction if you want.)
6. Sarah Shagal (Sharon Tate) in 'The Fearless Vampire Killers'
Director Roman Polanski originally wanted actress Jill St. John for the role, but upon meeting Tate, he basically said, "OK, but can she just wear a red wig?" Judging by Tate's outstanding work, we can understand his change of heart.
5. David (Kiefer Sutherland) in 'The Lost Boys'
Sutherland was in his 1980s bad-boy prime when he made 'The Lost Boys,' and, really, is there anything more terrifying than the idea of Ace from 'Stand by Me' gaining fangs and learning to fly? The combination was easily too much for any woman in the film.
4. Selene (Kate Beckinsale) in 'Underworld'
Selene uses her vampire powers to battle werewolves in the 'Underworld' series, and simply by her presence alone, we have to take the vampires' side in this fight. Just look at her, would you?
3. Blade (Wesley Snipes) in 'Blade'
The recent resurgence of vampires in movies has to be traced, at least in part, to the 'Blade' series, and for that we must thank Wesley Snipes, whose silky voice, martial-arts skills and chiseled pecs could give any vamp on this a list a run for his money in the overall-sexiness department.
2. Satanico Pandemonium (Salma Hayek) in 'From Dusk Till Dawn'
Salma Hayek plays an exotic dancer whose act involves a giant snake in this Quentin Tarantino / Robert Rodriguez team-up ... wait wait wait -- Salma Hayek plays a vampire stripper named Satanico Pandemonium? Sold.
1. Armand, Louis and Lestat (Antonio Banderas, Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise) in 'Interview With the Vampire'
Yeah, we know it's three of them, but do we really have to separate these guys? Fact is, they were all in this 1994 Anne Rice adaptation (and the second entry for the character Lestat on our list), and the combination makes this easily the most highly-sexually-powered of all vampire movies. Cruise was already at the height of his powers, with Pitt and Banderas just starting to rise up through the ranks. To have three Hollywood bombshells of this caliber in the same film -- and have them all playing vampires? The sexiness charts simply exploded.
