　　对一般的英语学习者来说，平时应注意多从生活中学习，在具体的语言环境中学习。比如多听BBC、CNN等国外广播，多看《中国日报》，了解时事新闻。

　　E.学会“一心二用”

　　对想当翻译的人来说，还要学会“一心二用”。“这首先需要注意力高度集中，不受外界干扰。”陈老师介绍了两种练习方法，在纸上左手画方，右手画圆，或者一边在纸上用英文从1写到100，一边用嘴从100倒数到1。写完后看自己错了几个。
