The Smiths have bought a new house.Mr.Smith think that the house is very beautiful,and they are lucky.It's in a small town 20 miles south of the capital city.The location is very good.The house looks quite new from outside.It has a nice living room, a dinning room and two large bedrooms.One for them and the other for the kids.The kitchen is modern.It has a new refrigerator,and an electric stove and a dishwasher.They plan to buy some furniture for their new house.They will move in next week.

A:I'm afraid I can only rent it for two months.

B:My holiday is only six weeks,but I think my brother and his family would take it for the other two weeks.Is the house in good condition?

A:Yes,it is .It was just painted and it has all the modern conveniences.

A:This seems a pretty nice room,I should say.

B:You bet.This is the nicest room in the district.You know what, I just had all the walls repainted last month.

A:What about the kitchen?

B:It's a well furnished eat-in kitchen.The stove and the ice-box are in good order,and the plumbing is OK,too.

A:I see.I'd like to live here for about three years.

B:Terrific!When are you moving in?

A:Next Saturday at the earliest.

租房

There are different types of renting-houses,such as furnished apatments,partly furnished apartments or unfurnished apartments.For a furnished one, it usually includes a refrigerator, a washing machine,a stove,a dinning room table ,beds,etc. You needn't buy those things when you move in.Sometimes you can even find knives,forks,plates and so on.As to the partly furnished apartment,maybe you can onlu find refrigerator and stove,but it is different in various places.
