Copenhagen ready for Climate Change Conference
哥本哈根气候大会7日召开 超百位领导人与会
《联合国气候变化框架公约》第15次缔约方会议暨《京都议定书》第5次缔约方会议将于今日在丹麦首都哥本哈根召开，这一会议也被称为哥本哈根联合国气候变化大会。
据统计，此次会议将有190多个国家和地区的代表参加，其中仅国家、地区和国际组织领导人就超过100人，包括美国总统奥巴马和中国总理温家宝。因此，会议期间的首脑级会晤尤其引人注目。
日前，中美两国均提出了具体的减排目标。11月25日，在温家宝主持召开的国务院常务会议上，中方第一次以约束性指标的方式宣布，到2020年，中国单位GDP二氧化碳排放将比2005年下降40%—45%。同一天，美国白宫也宣布，美国将在哥本哈根气候变化大会上承诺2020年温室气体排放量在2005年的基础上减少17%。
