China mulls setup of rocket company

China is mulling the establishment of a rocket company for the commercial operation of its rocket industry. The China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology said the planned company will be based on a production base in Tianjin.

It's expected to integrate a number of institutions involved in rocket research, development, manufacturing and testing. And it will be listed on the A-share market. The academy said more details will be unveiled later this year.
