Foreign medias arrive for Olympic coverage

More than 100 TV broadcasters will air footage of this summer's Beijing Olympic Games. Television broadcasters from around the world are already arriving at the International Broadcast Center in Beijing.

Coverage of Olympic and Paralympic events will be transmitted to millions of viewers across the globe from the center.

US broadcaster, NBC, says it will make up to 3600 hours of programs about the Games -- triple the amount during the Athens Olympics. North American audiences will be able to watch Olympic footage around the clock on six channels while a group of European broadcasters will bring cutting-edge technology to Beijing for the Games.
