Guangdong win over Liaoning 114-105

In basketball, Guangdong have claimed their second consecutive win over Liaoning in the C-B-A finals. But Friday's battle was not as easy as their victory in game 1.

Guangdong got off to a flying start with a 10-1 run, but Liaoning gradually settled into a rhythm, and matched-up better against their rivals during the rest of the first half.

Veteran Bian Qiang's three pointer brought Liaoning back into the game. But Wang Shipeng's accurate three pointer helped Guangdong bounce back, and end the first half with a one point lead.

Guangdong's consecutive three-pointers lengthened the home team's advantage in the second half. Wang Shipeng scored a team-high 26 points. Guangdong finally beat Liaoning 114-105, and leads the best-of-seven series 2-games to none.
