International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge is repeating the I.O.C.'s anti-doping commitment. He says the I.O.C. plans to conduct 4,500 drug tests in Beijing, up from 3,600 in Athens four years ago and 90 percent more than in Sydney in 2000.

International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge is repeating the I.O.C.'s anti-doping commitment. |
Jacques Rogge said, "Yes we are working with international federations to step up the number of tests before the games. Whenever they come in China in the Olympic village, and or the training sites, and also with training sites around the world, we will check them unannounced, out of competition. Of course we will have also all the checks in the competition. This is a deliberate action and I am glad to see that it is a successful one." 【已有很多网友发表了看法,点击参与讨论】【对英语不懂,点击提问】【英语论坛】【返回首页】
