菅野洋子（1964年3月18日－）是日本的作曲家、编曲家、音乐制作人。日本宫城县人，丈夫是同为作曲家兼大提琴家的沟口肇，2007年離婚。毕业于日本早稻田大学文学系。主要为日本广告、动画、游戏、电影、电视剧制作配乐，也为日本歌手制作流行音乐及担当音乐制作人（今井美树、小泉今日子、坂本真绫等）。
