So they say 是为了附和对方的说法，不论谈话的内容是什么，都可以用这句话，这里的they泛指一般人而言，并不特别是指某些人。

要注意so的用法，so是副词，一般表示方式或状态，意思是这样、那样、这么、那么、因此、所以等。
