'You have to continue to innovate...whether that innovation is technical or more something in terms of packaging or experience really doesn't matter...I don't think Baidu did anything 100% better. I think they did a lot of things 1% better and 50% faster than Google, and that has carried it up until now...What I would have bet on a year ago was that given time, the market would belong to Google because it is consistently stronger technically and continues to innovate technically, while Baidu wasn't even investing in that space.'

But it's all about what your purpose is...If there is no Google, but we see some other search engines growing in the market, I will definitely try them. If they don't work well, I might switch back to Baidu...At the same time, it will be hard to accept it if Google really pulls out of the Chinese market. For English materials, we rely on it so much...Gmail and Google Talk are very user friendly. I use them in my daily life.'
