At least 15 killed in Indonesian plane crash

An Indonesian military plane has crashed into a jungle-clad mountain. Fifteen bodies were pulled from the wreckage, and the fate of three others on board remains unknown. The Air Force says none of the victims had been identified. Among the passengers were a Singaporean, an Indian and a Briton.

They were testing new camera equipment on the plane when it went down on Thursday during an aerial surveillance mission. The wreckage was spotted on Friday on the steep slopes of Salak Mountain, 100 kilometers from the capital, Jakarta.
