Ceremony holds at Winter Sports Baseat

A flag-raising ceremony was held on Sunday for China's 11th  National Winter Games, set to open on Friday in Heilongjiang.

The Games mark the largest sports event in scale prior to the Beijing Olympic Games in August this year. Athletes will compete in 11 major and 90 minor events at the National Winter Games. 35 delegations from all over the country are taking part.
