Art show dedicated to quake relief

One more on the quake relief effort as people try to contribute in their own ways. In East China's Shandong province, local artists are displaying their latest creations in an exhibition dedicated to helping relief efforts in quake-hit regions.

Showcased at the Shandong Provincial Library are more than 60 works. These include paintings, calligraphy, and sculpture. All of works were created by local artists over the past week or so.

Inspired by the courage of the nation during the relief efforts, the artists based their creations on the upcoming reconstruction; and the values of fraternity and mutual aid. Open to the general public until June the 11th, the show will contribute all proceeds to the relief effort.
