"I missed the gold in the first day, but I did do my best. I can't say it's a failure."

And she's extremely grateful for the support from all the people around her.

"These days, everyone I meet are very nice to me. Yesterday I didn't do very well in the training. I almost wanted to give up. But the volunteers, the spectators, and my teammates have all been encouraging me with greeting cards. That helps me get through."
