Nation mourns ahead of Qingming Festival
People commemorate the deceased to mark the Qingming Festival at the Anling Cemetery on April 3, 2009 in Beijing, China. The Qingming Festival, also known as the 'Tomb Sweeping Day', is a traditional time when people pay their respects to the deceased and ancestors, involving cleaning, repairing of tombs and sacrifice activities.
