It's important to guard your heart and mind. Don't read those beauty magazines if you struggle with your body image. Stay away from TV shows that flaunt everything. There are a lot of women who spend hours watching things that promote ideals that they will never come close to measuring up to. We need to focus on those things that build us up, not weigh us down with unattainable ideals.

A lot of what you see in beauty magazines and most media is airbrushed. If God didn't make you a certain height or weight, you need to do the best with what He's given you.

Take a look at your life. How would you describe it? Contented? Rushed? Exciting? Stressful? Moving forward? Holding back? For many of us it's all of the above at times. There are things we dream of doing one day, there are things we wish we could forget. In the Bible, it says that Jesus came to make all things new. What would your life look like if you could start over with a clean slate?

Living with hope

If you are looking for peace, there is a way to balance your life. No one can be perfect, or have a perfect life. But every one of us has the opportunity to experience perfect grace through a personal relationship with God.

在时尚界，你必须时刻奋斗以保持现有地位，因为总有其他人想要将你取而代之。我开始过非常自我的生活。"我"，"我自己"是我最喜爱的词语。我被我的职业所吞噬，也总是遥遥领先。我没有注意去帮助任何人，也没有被任何人所烦扰。正是在巴黎的这段时间，我开始询问自己到底发生了什么，我怎么会走到这一步。我回想起我生命中的一段关键时期。
